Excavation & Preparation
We excavate the area to the required depth, install any necessary drainage, and lay a compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base.
Formwork & Pouring
We set up timber formwork to define the edges, then pour high-strength, fiber-reinforced concrete into the area.
Coloring & Stamping
Color surface hardeners and release agents are applied, and while the concrete is still wet, our team carefully presses the textured stamp mats into the surface.
Washing & Expansion Joints
Once cured, we wash off the release agent to reveal the final color. We then cut expansion joints to help prevent natural cracking.
Sealing
Finally, we apply a high-quality, anti-slip acrylic sealant to protect the surface, enhance the color, and provide a beautiful finish.
